     As soon as we receive, by fax, the copy of the bank transfer, we will considered the booking definitively confirmed.


   Important
Note that the bank expense are chargeable to the Agency, the Tour Operator
or the society who asked for the service. May you write, on the bank transfer :
" without costs for our correspondent Caravelle Tour Services ".


    Cancellation's costs ( hotel for individuals guests )
If you cancel a booking 48 hours before the arrival, the night will be invoiced
( 72 hours during main fairs periods ).
Specials conditions will be apply for Christmas, New Year Day and Easter Day.


    Booking's costs
If you ask us to book an hotel out of Paris or around Paris, which is not in
our catalogue, we will invoiced to you an extra, according to the number of
hotels and the time they stay. This extra will be specified to you in our offer.


    One night booking during the main fairs
We will ask you 16 € of extra for just one night booked during the main fair in Paris.
